Talmage Boston receives Texas Bar Foundation Dan Rugeley Price Memorial Award

In June 2022, Talmage Boston received the year’s Dan Rugeley Price Memorial Award from the Texas Bar Foundation. The recipient exemplifies the qualities of an accomplished legal writer and researcher, a talented and dedicated practicing lawyer, a servant of the profession as a volunteer, and an advocate on its behalf. The recipient also exhibits an unreserved commitment to clients and to the practice of our profession, and demonstrates dedication to the Bar and service to the public with commitment, dedication, and zeal.

Cross-Examining History Episode 45 –
James Baker

On April 12, 2022, Talmage did an onstage interview with former Secretary of State James Baker at a sold-out fundraising dinner for the Dallas Bar Foundation.

It’s the fourth major interview of Secretary Baker that Talmage has done--- at the Baker Institute at Rice University, the George W. Bush Presidential Library, a national law school symposium on “The Lawyer As Leader” hosted at Baylor Law School, and last week at the Arts District Mansion (fka Belo Mansion) in Dallas.

This interview focused on Secretary Baker’s reflections on the many world leaders he dealt with during his illustrious career.
